Our café chain
Where our farm meets the city
Gulifa Coffee PLC is the café brand of Gulifa Coffee Pulping and Coffee Development PLC. We grow, process and export Ethiopian coffee, and since 2023 we also serve it in our own coffee shops in Addis Ababa.
Few coffee companies can cultivate, source, process, export and serve coffee under one brand. Every cup in a Gulifa café carries the same care as our export lots: ripe cherry from Jimma, careful processing, and baristas trained to bring out the best of Ethiopian Arabica.
For export buyers, our cafés are also a showroom. Visiting importers and roasters can taste our coffees brewed the way Addis Ababa drinks them.

Where are Gulifa Coffee shops?
Gulifa Coffee has three branches in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia: Bisrate Gabriel, Piassa and Torhayeloch. A fourth branch, an airport flagship, is under development.
Is the coffee in Gulifa Coffee shops from your own farm?
Yes. Our cafés serve Ethiopian Arabica from the Gulifa farm in Jimma and from our registered outgrowers, so the same company grows, processes and serves your coffee.
